All commissions are done through artistree. NO account is needed in order to submit a request, it is simply the easiest place to sell NSFW Art Content.Commission Process and Refunds:
After payment is made in full, I will begin working on a sketch. This sketch is the phase where any MAJOR changes or corrections must be made. I will NOT REFUND any commission that is past the sketch phase, as this is the time to let me know if you are dissatisfied or not. All non major changes, such as color palettes and minor variations are fine after the sketch phase as those are realistic changes for that point in the process.Any and all reference images for characters, poses, facial expressions etc are GREATLY appreciated! The more references, the better!All commissions are fully rendered, and as such will take more time. Please be lenient with said date, as any updates to the drawing will be provided with clear and direct communication. Setbacks happen!Two is the maximum amount of characters allowed in one commission at a time.Any and all WIP shots will be watermarked!I have every right to refuse any and all commissions!!!Backgrounds can be rejected due to complexity! Simple variations are NOT charged!COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY:I, as the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawings, NOT the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted art to:1. Promote myself with it in any capacity. Including posting it wherever I want.2. Make money off of it, including on sites like Patreon or in the future, potentially physical media such as books, stickers, etc unless previously agreed otherwise.For the buyer:You are allowed to:
1. Use it personally, including posting to social media, use the artwork to promote yourself, and use it in any capacity where the art is not the main focus. (for example: using it in a Youtube video, however said video is not based around or monetized because of the art.)2. If the drawing is of your own original character, you are of course allowed to claim the character as your own HOWEVER you may not claim the artwork was made by you.3. create personal prints of your commission, as long as it is not mass produced for monetary gain.The buyer is not allowed to:1. Reproduce the art commercially - as in, making money off it such as selling prints, stickers, pins etc.2. Claim that you created the artwork.3. If included, you CANNOT remove my signature from the piece in any way.4. Alter the artwork without my consent.I reserve full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. (rights to the image for non-personal use may be discussed and purchased if desired.)If posted to social media I do not require credit, however it is greatly appreciated if included!Any sort of support of my content is greatly appreciated!If you have any questions, please reach out to me in DMs on any of my social medias!
